🌿 Moritsuki: A grassy profile that may feel bold for some but is worth exploring. Pairs beautifully with coconut or roasted coconut matcha.

🍃 Mizune: Rich and bold, even when enjoyed as pure matcha. Notes of seaweed and avocado, yet it's still smooth with your milk of choice.

🌼 Yamabuki: A different expression. Slightly nutty, with a delicate white floral aroma. Best enjoyed as pure matcha or with coconut or roasted coconut.

⛰️Origin (Terroir) — Soil composition, climate, and geography influence the tea’s aromatic profile and overall flavour tone.
🍵Cultivation, shading, harvest timing, and processing — The duration of shading, steaming intensity, and harvest season all affect sweetness, smoothness, and depth.
🏆Grade — Impacts colour vibrancy, texture, and balance in the cup.

Although they come from the same region, they are produced from different cultivars, resulting in distinct flavor expressions — from sweetness and umami depth to body and finish.
