Important Message to Visitors of the Medina

Unfortunately, some individuals standing outside the Medina in Yasmine Hammamet are misleading tourists with lies.

They approach visitors and say things like:
• “Rovers Return is closed.”
• “It doesn’t open during the day.”
• “I’m the waiter there.”
• “I’m the cook.”

Some even look at the bracelet on your wrist to know which hotel you are staying in, then pretend they know your hotel or say they are connected with the place. This is simply a trick to gain your trust and redirect you somewhere else to collect a commission.

Yesterday, a family visiting with my English wife was even shown the exact person who spread this lie.

We want everyone to know clearly:
✔ Rovers Return is open and welcoming guests.
✔ These people do not work with us and have nothing to do with our establishment.

Please do not follow strangers who approach you in the street claiming to work for restaurants or bars. If someone tells you we are closed, they are lying.

We believe in honest work and fair competition, but we will not stay silent when tourists are deceived.

To all visitors in Yasmine Hammamet — welcome and enjoy your stay, and please always verify information directly with the place you want to visit.
