Was given the opportunity by my Head Chef to do my first ever Valentine's day dinner. From the idea to ex*****on and everything in between was done by yours truly. Obviously there's room for improvement but everything tasted delicious (according to the customers). Thanks for all those who played a part in me reaching this far in my career and in this particular endeavor! Much more and better things to come!

Mushroom risotto, Herbed roasted chicken supreme, tempura mushrooms and a light truffle & tarragon sauce.
Wild rice pilaf, pan seared salmon and lemon & dill cream sauce
Entrement consisting of chocolate mousse, strawberry jelly, gluten free chocolate cake, chocolate glaze, sask berry compote.
