Jerk Chicken Pastelle
Tender jerk-marinated chicken — smoky, spicy, and perfectly balanced — blended with herbs and spices, then wrapped in our signature cornmeal dough. A true Jamaican twist on a holiday classic.

Ackee & Saltfish Pastelle
The national dish turned pastelle! Chunks of ackee mixed with flaky salted cod, sautéed with onions, peppers, and island seasoning. A gourmet Caribbean favourite.
