Dear Friends,
With heavy hearts, we share that due to the current economic climate in Trinidad and Tobago, we have made the very difficult decision to temporarily close Coldero’s Grill & Stage and vacate our home at 104–106 Independence Avenue, San Fernando, effectively immediately.
This decision did not come easily. Rising food and alcohol costs have made it increasingly challenging to continue delivering the level of quality and service that you know and love us for, and we felt it was important to step back rather than compromise our standards.
We are deeply grateful to our incredible and dedicated staff, whose passion and hard work have meant everything to us, and to our loyal customers who have supported us from the very first day we opened our doors. Your love, encouragement, and patronage have truly meant the world to us.
This is not goodbye. Once circumstances allow, Coldero’s will open its doors again, and we look forward to welcoming you back when that time comes.
