蘭餐廳,自 2016 年 9 月 9 日 開幕至今,
走過了三千多個日子。
這段時間裡,
我們迎接過上萬名貴賓,
也陪伴過無數個不同的時刻——
有慶祝、有安靜的夜晚,
也有只是想,好好吃完一頓飯的日子。
一路走來,
餐廳歷經了四任主廚,
不同的背景、不同的思考方式,
讓 Orchid 在每一個階段,
都持續被重新檢視、調整與深化。
季節在變,
料理在變,
但我們始終把注意力放在同一件事上:
如何讓一張餐桌,
值得被信任。
這些年,
我們學習、修正、累積,
把每天在廚房與餐桌之間得到的經驗,
一點一點放進料理裡。
這段旅程,
將在 2026 年 1 月 31 日
畫下一個完整的句點。
但這不是告別,
而是把一段做得夠扎實的故事,
好好收起來。
我們想謝謝每一位主廚、
每一位團隊成員,
也謝謝所有曾經入座的你。
因為你們的選擇與回訪,
這三千多個日子,
才真正有了重量。

Orchid opened its doors on September 9, 2016.
Since then, more than three thousand days have passed.
During this time, we welcomed tens of thousands of guests and shared countless moments together.
There were celebrations and quiet evenings, and days when all one wanted was simply to enjoy a good meal.
Over the years, Orchid has been shaped by four different chefs.
Each brought a distinct background and way of thinking.
At every stage, the restaurant was continuously examined, adjusted, and deepened.
Seasons changed.
The food evolved.
Yet our attention remained on the same question.
How do we make a table worthy of trust?
Through learning, refinement, and time, we gathered what we experienced each day between the kitchen and the dining room, and placed it, little by little, into our cooking.
This journey will come to a complete close on January 31, 2026.
This is not a farewell.
It is the careful closing of a chapter that was built with intention and care.
We thank every chef, every member of our team, and every guest who chose to sit at our table.
It is your trust and your return visits that gave these three thousand days their weight and meaning.
We will carry these memories and judgments forward as we continue on the path ahead.
And we hope to meet you again, in another moment, somewhere new.
