福 F pasta 緣起為主廚拾貳歲時因為母親常為他們料理生日大餐『蕃茄醬雞排通心粉』的啟蒙下開啟了料理之路，立志要讓自己成為用心料理的好廚師，也曾為了對義大利麵的憧憬而飛到義大利的巴尼奧雷焦舊城見習，而長年在外年的廚師生涯，讓他決定回到自己的故鄉，把自己小時候的那份感動，用料理體現出來，讓大家吃到集結了更多用心而孕育出來的美味!
