Here is a quick tour and update on our new shop at No. 38-3 Fulong Street!
We’ve made some fantastic progress: the floors and walls in our production area are complete, the separation wall is up, and the front of the shop now features a brand-new glass door and window. Next up on the checklist: plumbing, final painting, electrical work, and moving in our production equipment.
Because the shop’s current electrical capacity isn’t quite ready to power all of our heavy-duty equipment, we will be doing a soft opening in June. We’ll operate in this limited capacity while we wait for Taipower to approve and install a upgraded power line, which will allow us to run our professional artisan dessert business at 100% capacity.
We have also hit a brief roadblock with our air conditioning installation. If you’d like to support us and help generate the extra revenue needed to get the AC up and running, please consider ordering some of our ice cream or cakes online! We’ll ship them directly to your local 7-11 via frozen delivery.

It’s over…. My shop of my life for 12 years is done. Dealing with the corruption which is Fulong Beach means I can no longer work in this building. As the locals say, “Things are done differently in Fulong.” Translates to: “We don’t like to pay our taxes, now grease my palm!”
