So far, we’ve harvested a little over 200Lbs this year…

These are the best tasting of all pear varieties and the only ones worth growing in our opinion. SUPER JUICY AND FLAVORFUL!

We planted several varieties back in 2016 and my only regret is not planting mostly Asian Pears as our main fruit tree. Easy to grow organically and can be stored in the fridge for nearly a year.😉👍

Lots of “dry-farmed” organically grown strawberries coming in and the flavor is 💥!

Dry farming is a technique used by many to conserve water but a side of effect of this method, and the reason why WE are doing it, is to increase the flavor.

Since we are taking time off from markets this year, we don’t have to focus on production as much, which means we don’t have water our strawberry plot.
It’s all about the flavor for us!🍓🤗🍓

Made some delicious fajitas with yellow oysters tonight and they were absolutely delicious!
I used fresh bell peppers from the garden, onions, and celery. I seasoned with garlic salt, onion powder, and everything bagel seasoning. All sauteed in avocado oil.
