On behalf of Granny Hands I would like to apologize for the long wait on yesterday for food orders. I do feel we need to Reset, have more Organization, & Practice better Customer Service. I'm very big on preparation, presentation, quality & time. Right now I'm uncomfortable and I want to do things right. I do feel I rushed things without properly training employees & hiring enough experienced Staff. I take all accountability. I'm big on our name & I will stand by our name. I want a better process, & some order, so this week at Soggy Bottom & Granny Hands & Landis we will not operate. We will Reopen with a better process starting Wednesday June 3rd. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. Please be patient with us. Thank You so much
