As a coffee roaster, our favorite coffee is always changing but one we have consistently enjoyed over the years is the Costa Rica Tarrazu. My wife Benita especially loves this one and we've actually visited the region where we source it from several times.

My favorite at the moment is the Columbia Narino. It is only available in micro lot, or very limited quantities. It's a honey processed coffee with subtle fruity notes that make it really unique.

This is a question we hear a lot, should I store my coffee in the fridge to keep it fresh?

We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place or even in a sealed container to keep your cups tasting as fresh as possible for as long as possible.☕️
