LizzyB’s was started because I wanted to share the foods that I love creating. Seeing and hearing the way it fills you with pleasure has been a huge blessing to me. However, I have felt very conflicted in offering foods that taste good but don’t necessarily make your body feel good. I have made a lot of adjustments to how I eat so that I am able to fuel my body while still eating things that I love.

With all of that being said - I am taking a week or two off of orders to try out new recipes. Going forward the majority of things that I offer will be Organic/Paleo/Gluten Free.

Over the years I have learned that eating good food doesn’t mean it has to taste bad.

I look forward to the opportunity to show you all that as well.

Feeling so grateful today as I wrapped up another week of baking + delivering. Thank you to everyone that has ordered, been patient with me as I figured it out, and raved on me when they didn’t even know I needed to hear it.

I have been putting off starting this for so long + to have the love and support that I have received means more than anyone realizes. It’s scary to “just do it” but seeing the smile and hearing the “ohhhhh my gosh” as people take a bite makes me so proud that I did!

Here’s to another round next week! Stay tuned for a few new things on the menu Tuesday.
