Hello everyone! 😁

We would like to thank Abilene for your overwhelming support! We have embarked upon the mission to bring a bit of our cuisine and culture to our community. 🇵🇷 Fortunately, we have been amazed by the amount of orders we have received. Because we are starting out small, just my wife and I working out of a residential kitchen, we have been unable to keep up with demand. So we are going back to the drawing board!

We would still love to serve the community with our cuisine but we will just be doing 1 drop a month with a new and fresh menu item each month. We will be announcing the drop on our page and taking pre-orders 2 days before with pickup only.

Lets get this straight if there is one thing Puerto Rico does well, it’s food. Especially street food!

Growing up, my family and I would spend weekend afternoons driving around the island. Sometimes we would drive along the beautiful coast and other times we would venture into to the windy roads up in the mountains. We rarely had a set plan except to see the sights and eat at any roadside kiosk we stumbled upon!

One of my favorite street foods is Pinchos (Spanish for skewer). If I am really hungry, there is nothing more satisfying than a stick of citrusy marinated chicken with a bbq glaze 😋 They are typically served with a slice of white bread, making them a complete meal.

Get ready to try our- QUESITOS!

I first had quesitos when I lived in Puerto Rico as a kid, my family was obsessed with them. Addiction soon followed and every morning we made our way to the Panaderia near our house to pick up a dozen.

Because of my obsession- and the fact that I dont currently live anywhere near a Puerto Rican bakery- I set out to recreate the perfect quesito for yall!

This puff pastry delight can be filled with cream cheese, guava paste and other delicious delicacies!
