Wow - what a couple of days!

An amazing DMB show in Charlotte last night, great company, very little sleep (thanks to incessantly barking dogs in the room next to us), early start and drive home, first private catering, five hours of prepping and cooking, and almost 40lb of food later, I’m officially exhausted.

But I have to thank the Buchannan family for allowing me to be part of such an important day and milestone for them all. They’ve supported me since day one and to be asked to cater an event for them is an absolute honor.

Connor and Emma, I know you’ll do great things no matter where you are. Just don’t forget to come get a burrito from me when you visit!

Morning, yall! I’ve been so excited for this day for weeks…it’s the Dave Matthews show in Charlotte!

I haven’t taken a day out of town for myself in almost two years since opening CLK, so it’ll be a very welcomed change of scenery.
