Who remembers eating ice cream from The Mug? At my house it was called “Mug Cream” and Jack Bowie would fill up a carton of it and we would take it home to eat. I remember it being so smooth and creamy. As a kid, I would order a Snicker Blizzard to eat after swimming at Choctaw Lake. There are days I wish I could go back to those simpler times. So, of course, when I decided we were gonna serve ice cream at Koty Earl’s, I asked around to find out how to make “Mug Cream”. This is my official announcement. We are serving “Mug Cream” at Koty Earl’s!!!!!!!!!! Starting today… Bring your kids and grandkids to let them experience a little piece of your past. For now our hours are still 6-2:00 for the dessert and coffee bar, but soon we hope to stay open all afternoon. We’ll post our full Dessert Bar Menu later today. For now, it will include old timey favorites like milkshakes and sundaes.
