Hey all! Tomorrow is our last day here at Stone Hound. We have been so impressed by the amount of people coming in and showing their support all week! We thought we were prepared but man have y’all been keeping us hustling hard and we are so grateful! We are restocked and ready to take on our final weekend here but be aware that slowly (sometime quickly) some of our staple items will be permanently gone. We can’t thank y’all enough for showing so much love to our staff. This is an emotional yet exciting time for us and we hope you can feel it too!

Thank you all that have reached out, commented, messaged and even sent us plants with thoughtful words. We’ve realized how many of you became some of the best of friends and there is nothing more Rad than that!
I’m keeping this brief because am an emotional wreck right now, with more of a true from the heart statement to come.
As for now, we are in our final stretch, 6 days left for .ishatstonehound With that we are slowly running out of our Staples, we’re trying our best to keep them on as long as possible, but we are slimming down our menu and menu options for our last days. Everyone has been so kind & gracious to our staff and we thank y’all so much for it ❤️

The post that I’ve been holding back on writing, I wanted to make sure that this is a for sure thing we wanted and also not wanting it to be true.
I believe this is what “burn out” feels like, mentally and physically.
Ryan and I have decided to take a step away from Rad.ish and to re-evaluate on why we started.
When we moved here to Traverse City, a complete worldly shutdown was something we’ve only seen in zombie movies, never did we think this was something that would become our reality 8 months after moving here.
I had an efficient business plan written out and everything was going to plan effortlessly, all thanks to this amazing community that supported and welcomed us with open arms.
Then when “the game changer happened” (Covid) we had to pivot, and we haven’t stopped pivoting ever since, we still have a food truck that just never got it’s chance because of this huge pivot.
It feels like we have been clawing to stay connected with our business that started out with so much love.
Now we hardly have a chance to breathe, let alone desperately trying to hold the reign’s to maneuver the direction we intended it to go.
So we decided to step away and put Rad.ish on pause and take a look at this plan that we deviated from.
The last thing we want to do is run a business that could potentially lose its soul. The fire is there, the love and passion is all there and we will come back but, it’s time for us to breath and take a look with fresh eyes.
Again, we are so incredibly grateful for this community that has accepted us whole heartedly, not just the ones that have been vegan but also the ones that gave us a chance, the meat eaters that could’ve dismissed us but are now regulars, the parents & grandparents that tagged along with their youths and gave us a try.
We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity and honestly have surpassed our expectations.
October 30th will be our last day as a pop-up but please stay tuned for what’s to come next ✨
Thank you all that has breathed life into Rad.ish, we’re going to miss seeing you daily!

fancier dish because the beans resembled caviar. TikTok has upgraded the classic cowboy caviar to make it our new go-to recipe for summer!"
Heres our version:
Made with; kidney beans, black beans, corn off the cobb, black olives, rainbow bell peppers, mangoes, red onions, House-Made Jalapeños PICKLED in Sweet Mango Juice!!
Topped with Lakeview Farm micro cilantro & violife feta

Our take from the popular SoCal restaurant chain ‘In n Out’ but made from scratch & without harming any animals.
Crispy fries layered in mustard-grilled onions & grilled cheese topped with our house made secret sauce & for the most adventurous you can even add an Impossible patty 🍔

Ceviche hearts of palm marinated in citrus juices, house made green salsa, purple onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and. cucumbers. Topped with avocado & micro cilantro and sunshine blend on a corn tostada shell 🫠
I feel like this is so spot on to the way my grandpa makes his ceviche but not as spicy (because he can handle some serious heat).

You can now get our Burritos & Crunch Wraps completely Gluten Free 🪄
We have tried so many brands and variety’s of gluten free tortillas and these baddies are sooooo off the charts. They are the same size as our flour tortillas, the taste is just as you would get from a flour tortilla and we had these for a limited time but you all loved them so much that they are permanently on the menu.
There’s an option to order them gf online or come on in and ask for your next order gf!
So excited to have this for all of you that are vegan with food allergies or to get a little less gluten in your life.
