✨OUR NEW FIREFLY TABLE MENU IS LIVE!✨

We've been busy behind the scenes preparing to welcome everyone back, and we're excited to share our updated menu!

Don't worry, all your favorite Firefly pizzas are staying 🍕❤️

We've added some delicious new dishes, including our Signature Smashburger with pimento cheese and applewood bacon jam, chimichurri chicken skewers, creamy fettuccine Alfredo, lemon caper salmon, and some sweet new treats!

We've simplified our menu to focus on what matters most great food, fresh ingredients, and the quality.

We're reopening Thursday! 🎉✨

Why the wait? Because October has been keeping our Firefly Catering team BUSY! 🍂💍

Just look at this incredible view from Southern Tree Plantation in Blairsville! What a beautiful backdrop for a wedding!

We have one more wedding on Monday at Cenita Vineyards in Cleveland, and then we're turning our attention back to our other love… Firefly Table! ❤️

We're excited to welcome everyone back this Thursday with a refreshed, simplified menu, all your favorite pizzas and a full bar!!

We're excited to announce that Firefly Table will reopen Thursday, October 29!

As we prepare to welcome everyone back, we're making a few thoughtful changes to our menu and operations.

With the departure of our Executive Chef, we've made the decision to simplify our menu so we can continue delivering the quality, consistency, and attention to detail our guests deserve. Rather than trying to replicate his culinary vision without his leadership, we're focusing on dishes we know we can execute exceptionally well.

**The good news? All of your favorite Firefly pizzas are staying!** 🍕

We'll also be offering a smaller selection of appetizers, entrées, and other favorites, with some new additions along the way.

🍸 **Our bar will remain open**, so you can still join us for cocktails, w**e, b**r, and a relaxing evening with friends and family.

While our menu may look a little different, the heart of Firefly Table remains the same. We're still committed to creating a welcoming place where our community can gather, share a great meal, and enjoy time together. Our menu will be available online next Thursday.

We're grateful for the support, patience, and kindness so many of you have shown us. Owning and operating a small restaurant comes with its share of challenges, and sometimes the best way forward is to simplify, refocus, and build on what works.

We're looking forward to opening our doors again, seeing familiar faces, and welcoming new ones.

This is a post I never thought I would be writing.

I’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to close Firefly Table.

When we opened, there were people who told us we wouldn’t make it. Some said we wouldn’t last until March. We heard all of it.

But we did make it.

We made it through equipment failures, unexpected closures, staffing challenges and more obstacles than I could possibly list here. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, this restaurant started becoming what we knew it could be. We found our rhythm. Our food got better. Our team got stronger. Guests came back. We built something I am genuinely proud of.

So I need to say this, probably as much for myself as anyone else:

**I am not closing Firefly Table because we failed. I am closing it because I can no longer carry what it takes to keep it going.**

There is a very personal side to the last year that I have mostly kept private. My family has been going through something incredibly difficult, and there have been many days when I have been trying to hold together my family, our restaurant, our catering company, our employees and myself at the same time.

I kept thinking if I just worked harder, solved the next problem, covered the next shift, handled the next crisis and made it through one more week, eventually things would settle down.

I can't live that way anymore.

There are things in life I cannot fix simply by working harder. And I have finally accepted that I have to put down some of what I have been carrying.

That means saying goodbye to Firefly Table.

It hurts. I'm sad. I'm proud. I'm relieved. And I'm probably going to feel all of those things for a while.

But this is **not the end of Firefly.**

Firefly Catering will continue. It is where this journey began, and I'm excited to put my energy back into growing it and taking care of the clients who have trusted us with some of the most important days of their lives.

To our employees, our regulars, our friends and every person who walked through our doors and rooted for us—thank you.

You gave this little restaurant a chance.

And despite what some people predicted, **we did it.**

Now I'm choosing to let it go.

✨ **NEW MENU. FULL BAR. FIREFLY IS READY FOR FALL.** ✨

Last night we officially launched our **new fall menu** — and there’s something else we’ve been waiting a long time to say…

It’s been quite a season for our little restaurant, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who continued showing up, bringing friends and supporting us through it all.

Now we get to do what we love: **cook great food, pour great drinks and take care of our guests.**

🍂 **A NEW SEASON IS HITTING THE TABLE.**

This Wednesday, we’re changing things up at Firefly Table.

Instead of our usual Chef’s Playground, Chef Ryan is taking over the kitchen to debut our **brand-new fall menu** — and you’ll be among the first to taste it.

We’ve spent the last few weeks reworking the menu with new dishes, new flavors and a little more of the creativity we want Firefly Table to be known for.

Think **Crispy Duck Confit, Cider-Brined Pork Chop, Braised Short Rib & Potato Pavé, Firefly Prime Rib Dip, Pork Belly BLT, Brown Butter Panna Cotta** and more.

Some favorites are staying. Some are getting a fall makeover. And some completely new dishes are making their debut.

🍽️ **Chef's Playground Returns This Wednesday!**

Join us this Wednesday evening for another round of **Chef's Playground**—our ever-changing menu of chef-driven small plates designed to let you explore, share, and try something new.

**A quick beverage update:** We are temporarily pausing our b**r, w**e, and cocktail service while we work through a licensing matter.

**Guests are welcome to bring their own unopened b**r or w**e to enjoy with dinner.** We kindly ask that all beverages be brought into the restaurant in their original, unopened containers.

While we navigate this temporary change, everything else you love about Firefly remains the same: creative food, warm hospitality, and a relaxed atmosphere.
