Ours has had its share of challenges, but today we're celebrating a new chapter.

Chef Ryan is back in the Firefly Table kitchen.

For decades, he's dedicated his life to the craft of cooking. From being featured on Atlanta television, to appearances on Anthony Bourdain: The Layover at The Colonnade and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with Guy Fieri, his passion has always been about creating unforgettable food. But more than any television appearance or accolade, his greatest accomplishment is the experience he creates for every guest who walks through our doors.

This week, we're excited to welcome him back with everything that makes Firefly Table special.

🍽 Wednesday – Chef's Playground
A one-night-only menu where creativity takes center stage. Unique small plates, bold flavors, and dishes you won't find on our regular menu.

🍕 Thursday – Pizza & Pour
Handcrafted specialty pizzas, great wine, cold beer, and handcrafted cocktails.

🥩 Friday & Saturday
Seasonal chef specials, elevated comfort food, and the hospitality that has always been at the heart of Firefly Table.

🍕🍷 Pizza & Pour Thursday is here!

We’ve officially made it through the end of May and one of the busiest stretches of wedding season. Thank you all for your patience, support, and understanding as we balanced both Firefly Table and Firefly Catering this month.

Tonight, come unwind with us over pizza, appetizers, salads, and your favorite pour before we head out for a very big wedding this Saturday in beautiful Cleveland, Georgia. Because of that event, Firefly Table will be closed Saturday, but we’ll be resuming normal operations throughout June.

This little restaurant has been growing because of this community, and we truly appreciate everyone who has continued to show up for us while we navigate the balancing act of restaurant life and catering season.

See you tonight for Pizza & Pour 🍕✨

A very special congratulations to the owner’s daughter on her graduation from Harrison High School — we are so proud of you and all you’ve accomplished! ❤️

Wishing the entire Class of 2026 an exciting future filled with success, adventure, and new beginnings.

And as we head into the holiday tomorrow we wish everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. We honor and remember all who have served and sacrificed for our country. 🇺🇸

This weekend reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

Two weddings. One graduation party. Countless moving parts. Full hearts. Exhausted feet.

Saturday brought us to a stunning backyard wedding with the most incredible entertaining space, complete with a side house and bar setup that created the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening. Guests enjoyed passed fig & goat cheese crostinis and firecracker shrimp skewers before dinner featuring creamy Tuscan chicken, flank steak, garlic whipped potatoes, and assorted grilled vegetables. We also had the honor of providing bartending services for the celebration.

Sunday took us to a venue new to us in Bremen for an incredible Bosnian wedding celebration filled with culture, energy, tradition, and hospitality. Nothing was left to spare. Passed appetizers included summer lamb lollipops with demi glaze and citrus gremolata, mini deconstructed beef Wellington with sauce foyot, and spanakopita. Guests chose between Steak Diane or herb-crusted chicken with lemon gorgonzola cream for their plated dinner service.

The venue did not have onsite cooking equipment, so we rolled in with the Fork in the Road food truck — and she worked beautifully.

Weekends like this are why we sometimes close our small restaurant to focus on large-scale catering events. To our Firefly Table guests who continue to support and understand our growing business — thank you. Your support allows us to create experiences like these all over Georgia.

Now… we rest. Maybe.

Chef’s Playground returns tonight at Firefly Table ✨

Last week’s menu was simply too good not to bring back one more time.

Our crispy pork belly tossed in sweet chili sauce and served over fresh apple fennel slaw absolutely stole the show — the perfect balance of crunch, sweetness, heat, and brightness. And yes… the lemon curd dessert made a repeat appearance because we couldn’t stop thinking about it either.

If you missed it last Wednesday, this is your chance.
