Hello everyone well this is normally the time I would post and I wish I was posting our special today but unfortunately that's not happening yet. We're still in a holding pattern and I just was thinking of things I forgot to say like thanks to the lady for Lending me your gloves and I have them to return to you when I see you and to the first lady who reported the fire thank you so much and you gave me a beautiful blanket too, to our wonderful employees who immediately came to the scene or called, and Layla who ran through the snow in her great big coat and her brothers rubber boots🙂 and we appreciate everything everybody did.
We still don't know much, the investigation is still happening. I did want to say though that it's kind of a special day for Dom. It's his 53 year anniversary of being in this country. He came over when he was 15 with his parents and they waited 10 years to come into the country and it was a very thrilling day for all of them and so that's always a nice thing to remember on this day. He started working
in his brother in laws pizzeria in NJ when he got here and found his niche.
We're not sure if the building will be rebuilt or what's going to happen, the landlord is also in a holding pattern. Eventually we'll have to find jobs but you know we're going to keep looking for some place. We really don't know.
We are sincerely grateful to all of you for all of your amazing well wishes, such beautiful people and thanks to all of you for your years of patronage and we always looked forward to seeing every one of you who ever came in the door. Your posts are so touching, I become a blubbering idiot. Who knows, maybe we can just find a place to sell sauce and cannolis if nothing else! I'll just let you know anything when we know and just wanted to say thanks and we appreciate all of your beautiful well wishes and gifts and wishes and love and prayers. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!!!❤

well, I hardly know where to start or what to say. First we would like to thank all the wonderful firefighters, Ems and Policemen that came to help us. Some of them have been here from the start and are still here in this cold. The outpouring of love, prayers and well wishes are beyond words. we had such a normal day, Dom made pasta, sauce, etc. I did payroll and he came home for his hour nap before we go back in together when Lima Security called and said there was a motion alarm. It happens sometimes so we were wondering if we should go whem she calked again and said theres motion in front and glass breakage so we asked her to call the Police. On the way to the store she called again and said Hardin County is reporting a fire at Viva. Now we were in a panic. We arrived to see smoke pouring out of the rear of the building. Customers were there and she saud she didn't know how to get ahold of us so she put it on facebook. Beth, the mother of the beauty shop started taking care of me with gloves and zipping my coat, employees started calling, four arrived on the scene and we all stood and watched this terrible thing happen. We have always had and have the best employees and they are so amazing. We are grateful for all of you and special thanks to Alexcia for the blanket! I wush I could tell you what happens after today but we really don't know. Thank all of you for how beautiful you are and this is why we love Ada. As soon as we know something we will let u know. We don't know how the fire started but are hoping the firemen can help us with that. Again, thank you, sorry for the "book" and our prayer is that we will be back. It seems impossible but God never closes a door without opening a window. We just have to find it.

Good afternoon it is Wednesday and I'm back to my old tricks of posting later than I want to 😬 anyway,
it's Wednesday so our special is stuffed shells which is served with a side salad and bread for $11.50!
We also have our cheese steaks tonight.
We do not have delivery most unfortunately 😑
both of our drivers are back in college and they both have Mon Wed classes and neither one can work on Mondays and Wednesdays. Anyone who's interested in being a driver we'll be happy to take your application (part-time, a couple days a week)

In case you missed our earlier post Viva will open. We don't want anyone to take any chances on the roads however, we're assuming that most people will be walking or live in town. We've checked the roads in town and they seem okay, still not great, but ok. Our special tonight is spaghetti and meatballs served with a side salad and bread for $13.50. Delivery will not be available, however pick up window, pick up inside and dine in will be!
