It’s so easy to fall in love with a kouign amann!
It’s a three day process, but we make these from scratch so they are authentic to who we are and what we’re challenging ourselves to serve. Grab one this weekend!

A kouign amann (queen ah-mahn) is laminated dough (dozens of layers of pastry dough and butter) that’s coated in sugar so the top, bottom, and sides caramelize when they’re baking.

This item is a snapshot into what we’ve been up to: learning, growing, and challenging ourselves to give you all an experience that you will love. Enjoy friends!

Tomorrow, we’re introducing some new drinks! One is staying for a while from our Holiday Menu, and one is being brought back for the season. We hope you try and enjoy them all!

CAFE CREMA
this new drink is a beautiful balance of coffee and cream (cafe crema), with a base of drip and brown sugar cinnamon syrup and a nutmeg cold foam top
get it hot or iced
our suggestion? try it hot. the contrast of the hot base and the cold top is so delightful.

VANILLA CINNAMON CREAM SODA
a simple sweet and sparkling soda with real cream
good drinks don’t have to be complex

COOKIE AU LAIT
this drink is back! this one is a classic from 2021
drip, cookie butter sauce, and milk
get it hot or iced

BUTTERSCOTCH LATTE
we’re keeping this one around for a while
espresso, butterscotch syrup, and milk
enjoy it hot or iced

as always, we make all of our syrups in house
seasonal drinks are much more than lattes with a different flavor syrups
