Such a special day. We had an amazing turnout for our Ethiopian coffee ceremony, and we’re already hoping we get to do it again.

A huge thank you to Finjal Coffee for sharing this beautiful part of Ethiopian culture with us. The coffee ceremony is about so much more than the coffee itself. It is about hospitality, connection, conversation, and taking the time to gather together.

We loved getting to experience the roasting, brewing, serving, food, and traditions that make the ceremony so meaningful.

Thank you to everyone who came and shared the day with us. What a blessing. ❤️

I know it’s still hot outside, but it’s September, so we’re calling it fall anyway. 🍂

Our fall drinks are here in Forney!

Pumpkin Pie Latte with freshly made pumpkin whipped cream made with real pumpkin 🎃

Caramel Apple Matcha made with spiced tea 🍎

S’mores Latte with smoky marshmallow flavor and little marshmallows on top 🔥

And Cinnamon Orange Spice hot tea with black tea, orange pieces, and all the fall spice 🍊

Come try the new lineup and get in the fall spirit with us, even if Texas isn’t quite there yet.

Honduras holds a special place in our story.

Our family had the opportunity to live there for a time, and it's where our love for great coffee really took root. We came to understand not only what was in the cup, but also the people, the mountains, and the incredible care that goes into every harvest.

That's probably why Honduran coffee is still one of our favorites to roast... and drink.

Every time we walk into the Addison shop these days, it looks a little different.

It's been fun watching the space come together, and we're excited to share the progress with all of you.

We're not quite finished yet, but we're getting closer.

Thanks for being part of the journey. We hope to see you around the roastery soon!

Before latte art.

Before social media.

Before anyone knew what a flat white was...

Richard Duncan recently shared some wonderful memories from Addison Coffee Roasters' earliest days, reminding us just how much the coffee world has changed over the last 40 years.

We loved looking back, and we think you will too.

A great cup of coffee is a daily ritual. A 2lb bag helps make it a better value. ☕️

Our 2lb bags give you more freshly roasted coffee at a lower cost per ounce.

Want to make sure your favorite is ready when you are? Order online ahead of your visit. For Forney pickup, give us an extra day so we can roast it in Addison and bring it over fresh. Prefer to stay home? We’ll ship it straight to your door.
