Today is the beginning of a busy week, today Cindy and I will be directing our next years seniors on the task of prepping the area across from the Adna Grocery for the Adna Car Show. The kids will be transforming the hay field into an area where family and friends can come too next Friday and Saturday to enjoy 2 days of fun. They will be getting the field ready for the 150plus Classic Cars, Tricked out Semi's, visitor parking, Beer Garden, Food and Craft Vendors.

Friday will be the opening, 10am to 10pm, Tim Gillaspie will be playing music both days, Food and Craft Vendors, Beer Garden, Chicken S**t Game, Live Auction at 5pm and from 6pm until 10pm, Pat Murphy and the Straitshot Band.

Saturday we will hit it off at 10am to 10pm, Car judging will be going on Friday and Saturday, again Tim Gallaspie with all day music, Food and Craft Vendors, Beer Garden, Sky Diver at noon, Teona Kinswa will be singing the National Anthem, Corn Hole Tournament, Silent Auction ends at 3pm, from 6pm until 10pm, Backfire Band, closing ceremonies at 10pm.

All the money raised at this event after expenses goes to the Seniors that help run this show.

Here at the Adna Grocery our Soft Serve Ice Cream machine has been down for too long, well it's up and going serving some good cones. Come on in and cool down with a sweet treat.
