El Ranchito, established in January of 2013, is owned by brothers Alex Mandujano and Roger Lopez. Prior to opening El Ranchito, Alex worked at an upscale Italian restaurant in Chicago and Roger was in charge of cooking and ordering for the restaurant. El Ranchito is primarily a Mexican restaurant serving traditional dishes like fajitas, enchiladas, chimichangas and tacos. However, we also special

izes in a wide variety of American dishes and Italian cuisines... from our ever popular Breaded Tenderloin to our Cajun Shrimp Penne Pasta dish. We take pride in making made-to-order dishes with fresh ingredients. After you enjoy your meal, you may want to indulge yourself in one of our famous desserts... Apple Crustata, Chocolate Cake...just to name a few. El Ranchito offers Margaritas and a selection of Domestic and Imported beers. We are located at 183 E.
