Requirements:

✔ Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

✔ Helps keep the kitchen clean and organized

Responsibilities:
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Keep dish area clean and sanitary
• Take out trash and assist with kitchen cleaning duties
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment

🚨 Wednesday Update 🚨

Juan Montez Restaurant will be CLOSED this Wednesday so our hardworking team can get a well-deserved day of rest after the busy holiday weekend. ❤️

🍻 The Cantina will OPEN at 4PM 🍻

Huge shoutout to our entire Juan Montez crew this Memorial Weekend! ❤️💪

From the front of the house, to the kitchen team, dishwashers, runners, bartenders, servers, and our Cantina staff — you all absolutely stepped up and gave it your all. We could not be more proud of everyone who showed up, worked hard, and jumped in wherever help was needed. Teamwork like that does not go unnoticed!

We also want to thank every single customer who came out to dine with us, enjoy the patio, support the bands in the Cantina, and spend your holiday weekend at Juan Montez Restaurant & Cantina at Red Arrow Marina.

We had extremely large groups on both the restaurant and Cantina sides all weekend long. Since all food comes from one kitchen, large parties and holiday crowds can slow things down at times. We truly apologize to anyone who experienced a long wait. Your patience and understanding meant a lot to us.

We even battled through a power issue on Sunday, but our crew kept pushing and finished the night strong!
