🍕 FUN FACT FRIDAY!

Ever wonder why pizza crust has those delicious little air bubbles and crispy edges?

It's all about the dough! As pizza dough ferments, yeast creates tiny pockets of gas. When that dough hits a screaming-hot brick oven, those pockets expand, creating the beautiful, bubbly crust we all love. 🔥

Around here, we think the crust deserves just as much attention as the toppings!

🍕 HUMP DAY CALLED. IT WANTS PIZZA. 🍕😎

Gloomy outside? Gray skies? A little midweek blah?

Sounds like a job for HOT BRICK OVEN PIZZA! 🔥

Now, Chef Peter & Drea have a few things to say about pizza. First, there’s the dough. That beautiful, house-made dough that gets worked, stretched, and turned into the foundation of something REALLY good. 🙌

Then comes the fun part. The sauce. The cheese. The toppings. The endless combinations that make a pizza YOUR pizza. 🍕❤️

Pepperoni person? Meat lover? Load-it-up-with-everything person? Or are you one of those pineapple-on-pizza people? 👀😂

But here's the BIG question…

👇 WHEN YOU EAT A SLICE, DO YOU FOLD IT? 👇

🍕 TEAM FOLD: Grab it, fold it, take a big bite!

🍕 TEAM NO FOLD: Let that slice stretch out in all its cheesy glory!

And don't even get us started on the people who eat the crust first. We have questions. 😂

Drop your pizza-eating style in the comments! We want to know who's who around Aitkin!

Then come see us at The Locker Room. Because gloomy weather is temporary, but great pizza is always a good idea. ❤️🍕🔥
