We've got an important update to share.

First and foremost—we are no longer roasting coffee in our garage.

As some of you may know, we received notices that we could no longer continue roasting there. While we had hoped to find a local solution quickly, that hasn't happened yet.

We're incredibly grateful to for opening their doors and allowing us to rent time on their roaster while we search for a permanent home of our own. Small businesses supporting small businesses is something really special, and we can't thank them enough.

And to anyone who has been wondering: yes, every bag of Here We Go! Coffee is still being roasted by us, just from a different home for now.

We're still actively searching for a permanent roasting space, ideally in Highland Square. We love serving the neighborhood we live, work, and play in and we're hopeful to continue growing here in the square for years to come.

Thank you, Yada Yada, for believing in another local coffee company. We can't wait for the day we can pay that kindness forward.❤

A little behind-the-scenes from a wedding we catered! 🤍

For this one, we bottled up Chai Lattes and Cold Brew so guests could grab a drink whenever they wanted. While our espresso cart is always available to rent, we can also create custom bottled drinks for your event —think iced coffee, cold brew, chai lattes, lemonades.
