I’d like to apologize to anyone who has been given an inaccurate pickup time for their food.

As a small business, there are times when we’re short-staffed, unexpectedly busy, or an order needs to be remade to make sure it’s right. Unfortunately, that can cause delays and push everyone’s wait time back. We never want anyone waiting longer than expected, but I would always rather take a little extra time and serve you a quality meal than rush something out of the kitchen that doesn’t meet our standards.

We also ask that everyone please treat our staff with patience and respect. They work hard and are doing their best, even on the busiest and most stressful days.

We completely understand that waiting longer than expected can be frustrating, but yelling at or belittling our employees is not something we can allow. If that kind of behavior continues, we may have to refuse future service to protect our team and maintain a respectful environment for everyone.

Life is already tough enough without tearing each other down. We truly appreciate everyone who continues to support small businesses, shows us patience, and treats our staff with kindness.

Let’s all do our part to uplift one another and our community. ❤️
