Appetizers- smoked cherry peppers stuffed with goat cheese and figs. Finished with a cherry root beer glaze

Entree- smoked salmon with mango chips and peach bourbon bbq sauce

Dessert- smoked chocolate cheesecake with strawberry shortcake crust and strawberry coulis

We’ve been teasing this for a long time. It’s now available!!

EVERYTHING BAGEL CRUST MADE BY Black Dog Baking Company ❤️ this is not your typical pizza crust. We gave them a challenge. They accepted, and built a pizza crust out of their handmade bagels!! So this pizza is breakfast in every bite.

You read that correctly. This is a better pizza bagel.

With that, you can build it how you like. With Roasted Red Pepper Ranch as the base, you can make it something even more special. Imagine, brisket and bacon. Sausage and jalapeño. Spinach and tomato. Pepperoni and banana pepper. All the classic combos, with eggs. And cheese. And Roasted Red Pepper Ranch. All served on a bagel disguised as a pizza crust.

THE BACKYARD BBQ BATTLE!!! More information coming next week.

Categories include the following
Appetizers, think finger foods, dips, bite sized but packs a punch flavor.

Entrees, the main event. You have the best brisket? Let’s see it. You have the juiciest chicken? Bring it. This one will also need to be finished on site. Because we want to keep things fun 😎

Desserts, cobblers, smoked cheesecake, campfire ice cream. Bring the sweets, bring the salty chocolate, bring home the trophy.

ANYONE CAN APPLY TO BE PART OF THIS. We will have applications available next week with the details. Go ahead and tag someone you think could take home a trophy 😉

Our judging panel will stay secret for now. But these people know ball. So you will need to bring your A-game.
