The fall of an empire only makes the soil stronger.

With that said, for unforseen circumstances and much consideration, The Craft bar & brewery will be placed on a pause. The economy along with other circumstances have put us in a much considerable position.

We miss you all as much as you miss our korean bbq pizza! We'll be back, and when we are it'll be better than ever. We promise you that. Until then, much love, peace, and happiness.

Pop-up Asian Fusion this Saturday at Noodlefest 7!

The Craft will be POPPIN!

Inspired by the streets of LA we bring you the Japa-dawg. Japanese Fusion that will knock your socks off. A top dish in my street fusion affairs and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Our other dish is called Peanut butter FKN noodles! It combines Japanese and Vietnamese into one savory dish. It's peanutty, loaded with umami, yet balance. Topped with a farm fresh fried egg, crunchy garlic chili oil, sesame seeds, green onion, and cilantro. Chef FKN kiss!!! 🤌

Did I mention there's music and WRASTLIN'!!!

We are located right in from of Casa Kevin serving south texas delight!

The Craft Brewery & Shops will also be serving our craft beer at the Bayou Brewfest 2024 in Edinburg, TX! Lots of great food and music by The Spazmatics!

Also, it is with great joy that I share the approval of our BRAND NEW LOCATION in Alamo, TX!

A big thank you to City of Alamo and Alamo Economic Development Corporation as we work hand in hand to bring you everything The Craft has brought you since day one. Our new location will have Craft Brewery, The Craft Hops & Beans, The Craft Gastropub, The Craft bar and of course the same great experience you enjoyed from us that you all miss!!!

Thank you Oldies But Goodies American Muscle car club and everyone who came out to our Crawfish boil fundraiser for baby Mikey.

Mikey is home and doing well. It was a long 56 days in the NICU but we're so grateful that he's home.
