Our Italian Cream Soda is tasting extra magical this week — a sparkling, creamy blend kissed with cherry and lavender, a little nod to our June Lavender Cherry Dream that’s floating away soon.

We’re already missing the juicy cherries from Nichols Ranch Nichols Ranch And Orchards — their Cherry Festival was everything — and we’re still celebrating the fragrant lavender from Floren Family Farms Floren Family Farms as their U‑Pick season continues on the mountain.

Cherry Lavender Dream — June’s magical special at Catalina’s Café! 🍒💜✨
A white‑chocolate or mocha frappé blended with the perfect swirl of lavender and cherries. Topped off with Floren Farm lavender sprigs and Nichols Ranch Cherries and jam. It’s sweet, floral, dreamy, and proudly local.

Both farms are now open for U‑Pick season, so after you grab your drink, head out and fill a basket with fresh lavender or cherries straight from the source. Supporting this drink means supporting two amazing local farms and the small businesses that make our community shine.
