German inspired breads, pastries, breakfast and lunch items are available at our shop and at seasonal farmer's markets including the Albany Saturday Market, the Corvallis Wednesday Market and the Corvallis Indoor Winter Market. Specialty coffees from Longbottom Coffee, Italian sodas using Monin and smoothies are also on the menu.

Hi all! Some good news. While we are still closed, we are working with a small bakery in Lebanon to get our rolls and sourdough rye loaves back on a shelf. If all goes well, we should have loaves and rolls ready on Saturday April 1st at Kolache Bakery, 501 Park Street, Lebanon, OR.

Yes - we are still working on the cookbook - just took a 4 month nap after closing to catch up on sleep. Cardamom coffee cake, cinnamon rolls and sticky buns, soups, salads.....

Great news! The new oven was installed yesterday afternoon. We are furiously baking away to catch up, fill the case and complete orders. The Coop breads are on deck and hopefully will be done this weekend.

We had to clear our freezer out of sourdough rye bread to make space. Clearance pricing them through Monday at $1 each so they can find a good home. If I pitch them, my mother will haunt me.
