The garden is working hard, and so am I. Busiest May and now the busiest June in seven years with more coming down the chute everyday. Grow the food. Develop recipes for the food. Prepare the food. Serve the food. Repeat. I realized the other day that I think 90% of what I’ve used for Kitchen Witch menus in the last year has come from within a 30 mile radius of where I stand typing this in the kitchen. Yowza.

I haven’t disappeared, I’ve been buried. Like this lovely menu for 200 lovely people tomorrow, for example. Cheers! 🥂
