About a year ago I went to see Madame Vera up at the Stanley Hotel. I was recently furloughed from the pandemic and was looking for a little guidance. I walked in, immediately taken by her strong presence, she looks at me and says “Where are you going to park your cart.” - I laughed because I’ve always wanted to start my own s’mores company but had a long way to go. We sat and chatted about the idea for some time. She really wanted me to do a flambé/Bananas Foster style s’more. Well today I’d like to introduce to you all “The Madame Vera S’more” just in time for Mardi Gras! Remember there’s a lot of magic around you, make sure you take the time to use it ❤️
