At **Love, Mema's Café**, we're building more than just a place to enjoy a delicious meal. We're creating a place where family, tradition, culture, and community come together around the table.

Our café was inspired by someone very special to our family — our beloved Mema, Blanca Galvan. Her love for cooking, her selflessness, and the joy she brought to others through her food are the heart and soul of everything we're creating. ❤️

Now, we're looking for a **passionate Chef or Experienced Cook** who shares that same love for food and people!

Customers remarks:
For years I bought dark roast for my drip machine because I thought darker meant stronger. Then I found out drip brewing takes 4-6 minutes, and that long extraction was just pulling out ashy, smoky flavors. Switched to a medium roast from Colombia and the cup got sweeter and more balanced. Also started buying whole bean and grinding right before brewing. The freshness difference after two weeks is real. If you're still using pre-ground, try whole bean for a week.
