Hello all! We are excited to announce The Smoke Shak will finally be doing our first pop up, THIS WEEKEND!

Here's a look at what we do! For our smoked meats we have Tri tip, Brisket, ribs and chicken thighs. Our sides include Collard Greens, Bacon baked beans, Mac n cheese, loaded potato salad, corn bread and Chess bars.
