Calapooia Brewing was founded as Oregon Trader Brewing in 1993, then was rechristened as Calapooia Brewing in 2006. In November 2019, Calapooia Brewing was acquired by wife & husband team Caitlin Prueitt & Chris Neumann, owners of Vivacity Fine Spirits, a craft distillery originating from Corvallis,

Oregon. Vivacity Spirits has moved its operations to Calapooia Brewing. Visit the Calapooia Brewing taproom in Albany, Oregon at 140 NE Hill St. to experience the finest craft beer in the Willamette Valley.
