Cascade Creek Coffee is growing, and we’re excited to share that our new mobile cart is officially ready to roll. Alongside the trailer you already know, the cart gives us a second setup to serve more events and be available for more last‑minute bookings. Saturdays still fill up fast, but having both options gives us a lot more flexibility.

We’ll keep posting our public events each month, and we’re staying busy with private bookings throughout the week. If you’d like to bring us to your office, school, community group, or personal event, send an email to [email protected]. We’re happy to share our tiered pricing and help you find the right fit for your event.

May is an exciting month for Cascade Creek Coffee! Not only do we have a full line‑up for the trailer, but we’re also ready to roll out our brand‑new cart.

This month marks the official debut and grand opening of our new mobile coffee cart! On days where you see two events listed, the trailer will be at one location and the cart will be serving at the other.

We are truly grateful for the consistent and enthusiastic support from this community. Your encouragement, your visits, and your kindness have made it possible for us to grow and continue to serve the local community.

I also have to proudly and enthusiastically thank Taylor Jewell for her consistent hard work, creativity, attention to detail, and overall pride in the product she serves. Her dedication to learn and grow as Cascade Creek Coffee evolves is truly admirable and I would not be able to do I what do without her.

Please be sure to check our social media for weather updates throughout the month. Sprouting Acres has announced their rescheduled date for the Spring Fling and we’ll continue to share any updates we have as soon as they’re available for the rest of the month.

A limited treat for a special day. Our Vanilla Cold Brew with Lemon Lavender Cold Foam will be served exclusively at the Sprouting Acres Farm Store 1‑Year Anniversary Celebration.

From 2016 onward, we’ve been sharing fresh, naturally grown produce at the Locust Farmers Market, then later at the Oakboro and Mint Hill Farmers Markets, building connections with folks one market day at a time.
On March 1, 2025, we opened Sprouting Acres Farm Store at 16489 Silver Rd, bringing those local favorites like veggies, meats, milk, jams, desserts, and more right here year-round.
A whole year has passed, and it’s only been possible because of you! Thank you for stopping by, sharing with friends, and keeping the community spirit growing. We’re so grateful!

Check out our public events this month. We have some great outings lined up before farmers market season starts next month.

We’re especially excited to join Sprouting Acres Farm Store for their 1‑year anniversary celebration. It’s a wonderful chance to support a great family who has spent the past year bringing top‑quality local goods to the community. Cascade Creek Coffee is just one small part of everything they have planned, so be sure to visit their page to see the full lineup.

We’ll also be offering a one‑day special for the event: Vanilla Cold Brew with Lemon Lavender Cold Foam. It may be a bit chilly today, but hang in there! Saturday is looking warm with a high around 80. Spring is on the way!

Business Update for 2026

We’ve taken some time away to rest, refresh, and make upgrades to the trailer, and we’re excited to share our plans for the year ahead.

This year, we will be shifting toward a more event based schedule. While you may see fewer casual pop ups around town, we are fully available for private bookings of all kinds.

Public events will still be part of our calendar. You will continue to find us at farmers markets, races, craft fairs, and other community events. To make things easy, we will be posting a monthly schedule so you know where you can find us.

Unfortunately, the weather is looking cold and dreary tomorrow (12/5). Not an ideal combination for a coffee trailer. We have cancelled tomorrow’s shift at the hospital.

There’s still two chances to see us in Albemarle on Saturday!
