On this Thanksgiving, we are grateful for all who supported us and have cheered us on. Owning a restauarant is not easy, which is why we have made the decision to not reopen Rust Belt Ramen at this time. There were a variety of reasons and it was not an easy decision, but it was the best decision for us. Thank you for your support and love on this 3 year journey!

If you were planning on attending the free ramen demo at portage library tomorrow it has unfortunately been cancelled. It is, however, being rescheduled to some time in October. Once we have the details on whether your spot is still going to be held, or if you have to sign up again, we will get that out immediately.

*** Our food demo at the Portage District Library filled up on the first day that registration was open. If you want a chance to come see Chef Anthony talk about how he developed his ramen then act now. The library has opened up only 10 more seats. So act fast.***

On Wednesday Sept. 4th, at 6PM, we will be at the Portage District Library to demonstrate our process in making the ramen that you love. The event is free but seating is limited! So head over to the Portage District Library website and click on Events at the top and grab your seat now. ( Samples will be provided)

Chef Anthony Cox will teach the history of Ramen, how it is made, how to make it, and sample it!

It's Japanese curry day! Find us in downtown Albion, on Superior Street in front of Albion Malleable Brewing from 12-9 today! Enjoy the music from Black Squirrel Bluegrass and Americana Music Festival while you eat. We will NOT have ramen, but will have curry, gyoza, edamame and sunomono.

It's going to be a great weekend in Albion! Join us on Saturday at the Black Squirrel Bluegrass and Americana Music Festival! We will be serving Japanese curry, edamame and gyoza from noon until 9. (Please note--no ramen due to health department regulations.)

Have you missed us? Come see us on Saturday June 29th during the Black Squirrel Bluegrass and Americana Music Festival in downtown Albion! Music goes from 12-9pm and we will be serving up Japanese curry, edamame and gyoza during that time! Come enjoy the music and some great food!

What an amazing weekend it was at Festival of the Forks! To the many people who came to visit us, thank you!

We have one final event this week--Kalamazoo Night Market on Thurs 9/21 from 5p-10p (or when we sell out). After that, you won't be able to enjoy our ramen until we are fully functional in our building, which will be sometime in early 2024.
