Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Wine Dinner at Pazzi! 🍷✨

From the Watermelon & Fried Goat Cheese and House-Made Orecchiette to the Roasted Lamb Loin and Citrus Génoise dessert, it was an evening to remember.

A special thank you to Executive Chef J Martin Torrez, Pastry Chef Stephanie Vigil, and Sommelier Gabriel Ballantine for creating such an incredible experience.

A little sneak peek of how we’re ending the evening. 🍋✨

Join us Monday, June 1st at 6PM for a special Wine Dinner at Pazzi Ristorante Italiano curated by Chef J. Martin Torrez, with wines carefully selected by Sommelier Gabriel Ballantine. 🍷

The evening finishes with a citrus sponge cake layered with lemon yuzu curd, whipped panna cotta, blood orange jelly, and a lemon wedge shortbread cookie garnish.

Bright, silky, and a little dramatic. Very Pazzi.
