Introducing Stone Lake Summer Blend ‘26 ☕️🌼
We curated this version of Stone Lake as we would assemble a bouquet of flowers, artfully adding each ingredient to accentuate the last.
This blend is based on not one, not two, but three extraordinary coffees . At the forefront is a richly creamy, tangy and bright Tanzania AA providing a burst of sweetness and a flowery lilt.
A rich fruity ripeness is providdd by an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Supernatural.
*Supernatural is a method of processing the harvested coffee fruit. It was developed in Ethiopia , the birthplace of coffee, as an expedient way to imbue the natural sugars of the coffee cherry into the seed (raw coffee bean) through the process of fermentation. This method pre-dates by decades the moderne, uber hip, third-wavy, closed-eye talking, cooler than you dude, haven’t you heard? designations of Anaerobic Fermentation or Carbonic Maceration. This is a BIG step above, but don’t get me started about, co-ferments.

The victory garden is further tended by a decidedly 2nd wave, wet hulled, deep roasted Sumatra Mandheling, adding bold notes, earthy body, and bottom end balance to the arrangement.
As we cupped this floral, fruit-filled blend, we measured ambrosial blossoms upfront, with an abundantly layered depth of perfumed sweetness on the finish. We tasted not just flowers, but an entire flower garden. Delicate and fragrant petals, reedy stalks and leafy green stems, and an aqueous earthiness all at once.
Come get a bouquet in a bag of Stone Lake. Ask for an iced pour over - it will likely be a life changing and/or toe curling experience. Feel free to pick a bloom from our garden out back.
Satiate your summertime sipping. Please have a safe and happy summer from your flower loving friends at Cutbow.
