Back-Sass will be taking orders all weekend!! We plan to be in Bernalillo tomorrow and in the NE heights on Sunday until dark (subject to change). I will post where we are at soon as we land at our location. Put your orders in now. Let us take care of your New Years Eve cooking. We will be smokin Brisket, Pulled Pork, lots of Baby Back Ribs, Hot Links and Chicken. I will have sides to go with that smoked meat.

I will NOT sell meat by the pound unless pre ordered by Friday morning. Message me to get your plan ahead orders in. The side choices will be potato salad, coleslaw, chile bean and peach cobbler.
