Alright, if you’re reading this, congratulations. You’ve probably watched the 'Coming Soon' sign on our door long enough that it has become part of your daily commute. We appreciate that level of surveillance.
It turns out, 'Soon' is Friday, May 29th. We think. (No, definitely, we are pretty sure haha j/k).
Now, like quietly tipping you off about where the Walleye are biting, we’re giving you the insider info on you how to actually eat here these first few weeks. MAKE A RESERVATION. We are strongly, politely, and slightly desperately encouraging reservations.
Why? Because while we’ve built the place to run like a well-oiled machine, right now it feels more like a 'moderately confused bicycle built for two.' We need to slowly break it in and reach full capacity without staring blankly at a crowd of hungry walk-ins. Limited walk-in space will exist, but we cannot guarantee you won't be that blankly stared-at person.
