Historic Happy Hours is coming to June 11th, from 5—7:30pm. ⚓️🌇🦀🦞☀️

America is turning 250 and Alexandria is celebrating her 277th birthday this summer! 🇺🇸🥳 Stop by to learn about the research taking place in Historic Alexandria and events!

The Wharf is located on Old Town's historic King Street and the building dates back to the late 1700s as indicated by the original and now exposed floor boards and beams—some still baring charred markings from the civil war era.

Other historic markers still visible today include the bar area's elevator lift once used to move "crockery and china" between the floors. The stonework on the outside and entry way of the restaurant is original 18th century construction and has been restored over the years and preserved only by sandblasting and sealing.
