Today I decided to try McDonald's Spicy Chicken McNuggets with their Mighty Hot Sauce. The sauce was O.K., but I found they were much better with South's BBQ "Hot" barbecue sauce.

Dinner last night. This kind of meal is getting to be more and more infrequent as I age because it gets harder to burn off all these calories. Fried pork chops, smashed potatoes, pork chop gravy, and jellied cranberry sauce. It was so good!

Sorry, I haven't been posting a lot of good looking food recently, but I was contracted to build a grill/smoker for a friend and along with my HVAC repair work I've been very busy the past several weeks.

Here are some photos of the work I've been doing. It's nearly completed, I've still got a few things to complete before I get to turn it over to my friend.
