This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the man behind Osteria Marzano: Chef Carmine Marzano. ❤️

A son. A father. A chef. A teacher. A storyteller through food.

Born in Calabria, Italy, Chef Carmine learned early that the best meals are about more than what’s on the plate: they're about family, tradition, and gathering around the table. What began with lessons from his parents led him from Italy to the United States, through some of the most respected kitchens in the industry, and eventually to the creation of Osteria Marzano alongside his daughter, Elena.

Every recipe, every dish, and every guest experience is shaped by the values he grew up with: hospitality, generosity, and amore.

Today, we celebrate Chef Carmine and all the fathers who pass down traditions worth sharing. ❤️
