🐷FREE RIBS!🐷
Wednesday is usually our Ribs Day. This Wednesday is FREE RIBS DAY!

Here is the scoop:
- We think you havent tried them in a while.
- We also think they are better than ever.
- We have been working on perfecting our process and they are good.
- We want YOU to try them... FOR FREE!

What you get:
- A FREE sample portion of our BBQ ribs (about 2-3 bones)

What you have to do:
- Just stop in! No purchase necessary! Stop in and get some ribs!!

What if you like them?
- Get a half rack or whole rack each served with two sides!
- Get a dozen racks (or more or less) any time for your catered event!

What if you don't like them?
- Were sorry :( Maybe our ribs arent for everyone... Or maybe we just arent good at ribs😭 (we dont think so)
- Maybe try the Pizza? We think those are pretty good too!

FREE RIBS are available starting at 11:00AM and are available till we sell out of ribs!! Be sure to swing in and get some while the going is good!!

Here is the vendor list for tomorrow for our Market Sprouts opening day for the 2026 season.

At the Bandstand, we are having Buckwheat perform for us on our first market of the year. We will be having two food trucks, The Old Mill Inn and SheBrews! They will primarily be at our festival markets!

We are shutting down the main block of Main Street to facilitate better parking and pedestrian traffic. Stop by at the Alfred Box of Books Library yard with some kids activities.

We are also doing some activities for children of any age sponsored by the Alfred Twenty First Century Group Inc. in the middle of the tract. The weather looks great tomorrow and should be an amazing time!

REMEMBER: Our markets are now from 11AM to 2PM.

Come on down to the Wellsville Elks club Food Truck Friday! We will be peddling fish fry, smash burgers, wings, other stuff, and MORE! Our good friends SheBrews will be there too being better than us like usual... but we still LOVE THEM!
