This week’s menu has arrived… and you all definitely had some influence on it!

By popular demand, the muffins and brownie bites are BACK! 🎉 We heard you loud and clear, so we brought back your favorites and added a couple of delicious new flavors while we were at it.

These apple pie cinnamon rolls hit the bake shack in eight minutes when we open at 2pm!

Don’t forget, we will also be open tomorrow from 8 AM until 10 AM and again from 2 PM until we sell out.

The River Rat Bake Shack is switching things up this weekend! 🎉

I’ve got several custom orders on the calendar, so instead of our normal Sunday-only setup, I’m spreading the goodies out over THREE DAYS to (hopefully 😂) make it easier for everyone to stop by.

The River Rat Bake Shack will be open THIS Sunday, June 28, and we’re doing things a little differently to stay ahead of the summer heat!

🌞 Morning Hours: 8:00 AM - Noon

Then we’ll be closing during the hottest part of the day because, unlike our cinnamon rolls, we don’t enjoy being baked. 😅

🌅 Evening Hours: 5:00 PM - Sunset

We’ll be restocked and ready for round two with fresh treats waiting for you when the temperatures start to cool down.

Whether you’re grabbing breakfast for the family, a sweet treat for the afternoon, or dessert after dinner, we’ve got you covered!
