This AMAZING vegan (and gluten free) cheesecake is surely one to try for the holidays! I absolutely love cheesecake, so I was extremely pleased to see there’s a recipe out there that tastes like the real thing!

Amazing baked vegan cheesecake with a simple oat-almond crust that tastes like graham crackers! The closest thing to "real" cheesecake I've ever tasted.
