Hey! Hope everyone is staying healthy and warm! With Super Bowl this Sunday we just wanted to shout it out that we can have Smoked Baby Back Ribs, BBQ 1/2 Chicken, or Smoked Wings available for your party. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Saturday (tomorrow) can be ready for you on Sunday!

This weekend we also have a really nice hunk of smoked Beef Brisket. We make a warm Brisket Hoagie with a BBQ and Horseradish sauce.

We also have Smoked Pulled Pork available. Along with homemade Tater and Macaroni salads.

Also, we’re excited to add a new menu item: The Fork 7” Pizza!! We use homemade sauce with fresh herbs, and a Boars Head mozzarella cheese blend 7.00. With pepperoni 7.50

Hey! We just added live bait. Shiners are available. 8.00/doz.

Hey! Happy New Year 🥂 2021 has begun! That being said, (comfort food needed?), we are doing an encore of the Fried Meatloaf Sandwich on Texas Toast. Yummy proven comfort! 5.00

Smoked Wings are also back! We have been consistently getting orders of our smoked baby-back ribs. And don’t forget the BBQ 1/2 smoked chicken. Just call in your order by 2:00 the day before you want them.

Hey! We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! Thanks to everyone who ordered their meal from us. We enjoyed putting that meal together and we hope everyone was pleased.

We are doing a New Year’s Eve Party Rack of Smoked Baby-back Ribs with an assortment of Snacks. Choices are priced separately, order one or all:

⚠️Please note that Orders for Ribs need to be in by 2:00 on Wednesday, December 30th.

Hey! We’re happy to let everyone know we’ll be doing a
🎄 Christmas Day Special Dinner 🎄
on December 25, from 12:00-4:00 p.m.

Dinner includes:
Smoked Ham with a sweet honey glaze.
Scalloped Taters with cheese.
Smoked Cornbread dressing with sausage.
Glazed Carrots with a light glaze of honey and dill.
Green Beans, a seasoned serving wrapped in bacon.
Grape Salad, sweet and creamy (is it for dessert only?).
A dinner roll with butter.
And, for dessert, a Pecan Pie Bar.

$13.50, includes tax.

Please call us to reserve your dinner ASAP. By calling ahead and reserving your order we can be sure to serve everyone! We’re continuing to serve take-out meals only.
