Meet this month's Full Moon Burger:
The Shrimp Burger- inspired by a summer we spent in Beaufort, SC eating shrimp burgers at the Shrimp Shack at the very end of St. Helena Island.
Ours is made with wild-caught Texas shrimp cooked with lemon butter, homemade tartar sauce, lettuce, and tomato on a handmade brioche bun. Snag a taste of summer before its gone. See you soon, Alpine ✌

The Bock's are back in town! And the moon is waxing. Also back, by popular demand, is our Full Moon Shrimp Burger this weekend. I am making strawberry cakes for dessert. Right now, I have 5 pounds of organic strawberries cooking away to make a compote for the cakes, and the aroma is out of this world. It is probably the most gorgeous day I have seen in a while.
