Today’s baking and prep is done.

Three loaves of sourdough are tucked into the fridge for an overnight cold fermentation before they’re baked fresh tomorrow morning. Croissants are ready, artisan bread is baked, and Peaches & Cream Breakfast Bread Puddings are waiting for their pecan streusel, a warm bake, and vanilla cream glaze in the morning.
